Cardinal was born from a noticed frustration shared on both sides of the table. Employers were drowning in unqualified applicants. Talented professionals were being overlooked by firms that treated them like commodities.
We set out to do it differently. By focusing on quality placements and building real relationships on both sides, we created something Alberta's job market was missing: a recruitment firm that actually knows its clients, its candidates, and its community.
